ASC has state-of-the-art process control systems and our certifications include AS9100 Rev D, ISO 9001:2015 and multiple military grade circuit board certifications (MIL-PRF-31032, MIL-PRF-50884, MIL-PRC-50110). Additionally, we have PPAPs on multiple parts for the automotive industry. We have rigorous SPC controls, automated optical inspection, metallographic cross section and electrical test facilities. This standard revises ISO 9001:2008 to include requirements for a new, higher level structure as a common framework to all ISO management systems, risk-based thinking in quality system processes, fewer prescribed requirements with less emphasis on documentation, clear definition of quality management system boundaries and increased leadership requirements.
IATF 16949:2016 is the global technical specification and quality management standard for the automotive industry based on ISO 9001:2015. It is designed to be used in conjunction with ISO 9001:2015, and contains supplemental requirements specific to the automotive industry rather than being a stand-alone QMS.

MIL-PRC-55110 is a certification based on a military performance specification whose scope specifies the performance and qualification requirements for rigid single-sided, double-sided, and multilayer printed wiring boards with or without plated through holes.
