ASC is a progressive high technology manufacturer of Printed Circuit Boards. ASC boasts of a diverse product mix building RF / Microwave, Metal Backed, Flex, Rigid-Flex and Rigid PCB’s. ASC is currently looking for a dynamic individual as an Engineering Manager to manage pre-manufacturing Engineering. This individual will lead a team of 5 individuals at ASC and work with an off-shore engineering team.
This individual will be responsible for working with the his team, process engineering, quality and other resources to ensure error-free tooling and error free travelers are released to the manufacturing floor in a timely manner.

- Must have experience as a quality / systems driven professional in an engineering department.
- Must be an organized individual who can multitask in a fast paced / high pressure production environment.
- The ability to work with others to gain information so that you can write and update procedures for an engineering department.
- Communicates with all individuals in the company by electronic, verbal, or other means to assure engineering practices are updated and current.
- Responsible for leading and training individuals to assure best practices are adhered to.
